Douliu Factory has an automatic production line, which can produce several kinds of bottles and packaged beverages with quality and safety. We have successively passed various domestic and foreign certifications, and has passed the high-standard inspection of the US Department of Defense military. It is a food and beverage factory with international standards. Our certifications include:

In terms of production lines, T.Grand has three independent operation lines, which manufacture PET bottles and packaged beverages:
- PET bottle (PET) ：The production line adopts hot filling technology, which can produce acidic and low-acid beverages, filling beverages with various capacities from 340mL to 2000mL; we also have independent particle filling equipment, which can add different particles to beverages consistently and steadily filling in every bottle.
- Paper carton (PKL)： The production line adopts the SIG Combibloc aseptic carton production system, which can produce acidic, low-acid and dairy-containing aluminum foil-packed beverages in a variety of specifications, including 200, 250, 300, 330, 350, 400, 500mL and other different capacities can be selected according to the needs of the target market; 6-layer composite assembly into aseptic carton, completely retain the original flavor of the beverage, and respond to the issue of sustainability, through the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification to ensure that it is sourced from Legally felled and sustainably managed plantations to protect the sustainability of forests.
T.Grand also trains full-time technical personnel according to different production lines and specifications, and stably produces high-quality products according to the highest principles of quality and safety, meets customization and market demand, and strives to contribute to social sustainability.
【Research and Development】
T.Grand has a professional R&D team and development experience to carry out design, deployment and development. R&D center locate in Douliu, it trains excellent R&D personnel with professional knowledge, and is equipped with a variety of perfect research and experimental equipment to speed up product development. T.Grand devotes to the improvement of existing products and the development of new products, and strictly selects raw materials and technologies. Each product is observed and tested for quality and taste stability. The project conducts taste tests to make the product more unique and competitive.

【Quality and Safety】
T.Grand regards food safety as the top priority. From product research and development, quality assurance, inspection, and production, each production process is subject to a strict quality control system, including inspection of various documents after entering the factory to confirm that there is no pesticide and heavy metal residues, and pass the inspection of the Quality Assurance Center and store it in a dedicated storage space to strengthen the quality control of raw materials and additives.
In order to provide consumers with safe and healthy drinks, we build a complete food traceability system. From the source of raw materials, production process, commodity storage, and transportation, we can trace the movement of products at each stage. Through production Management, distinguish the source and flow of different batches of food, and control the safety of the supply chain.
The production process follows the provisions of national food regulations, and external verification is carried out on a regular basis, and the testing is carried out by a credible third-party organization, including SGS, the Food Industry Development Institute... maintain its accuracy and validity. Since T.Grand establishment in 2004, we have passed FSSC 22000 food safety system verification, HACCP food safety control system verification, ISO 22000 food safety management system verification, and Islamic HALAL food quality certification....etc. In addition to regular external audits, the factory is more actively and comprehensively promoting quality and environmental management activities, strictly implementing GHP (Good Food Hygiene Practice Guidelines) improvement measures, requiring all employees to continue to improve and prevent problems, to ensure product hygiene, safety and good quality.
【Storehouse and Shipping】
T.Grand has a high and spacious storage space, strictly requires order and cleanliness. It also has large-scale automated storage equipment and an electronic storage management system. From finished product storage, inventory management to finished product shipment, it is all controlled by computer assistance. Effectively manage inventory and flexibly schedule shipments.
Douliu Factory is located in Yunlin Science and Technology Industrial Park, with fast and convenient transportation network. Through professional logistics vehicles and distribution partners, it provides fast, accurate and safe logistics and distribution, and penetrates into sales stores in cities and villages throughout Taiwan. Centralized and distributed warehouses, to make the consistent operation of production, sales and distribution smooth, reduce inventory costs, and improve circulation efficiency.
【ODM/OEM service】
T.Grand has its own research and development capabilities and rich development experience. The project manager and customers establish product development needs according to taste preferences, market positioning, and special materials in different regions, the research and development team adjusts existing formulas and makes new ones to enter the local market and integrate into the local area.
